1. Why do we choose ‘17eatrice’ ?
17eatrice is the first ever lunch arranging company in Central, we know that it's the easiest, fastest and most relax way to meet new friend by spending an hour for lunch, compared to join different single parties. Especially for those executive staff and professions who do not have much free time. We are experienced as professional consultant to handle human social network, we offer personal service and case follow up. As long as you let us know your request for making a new friend, we will be responsible to arrange the rest. It's trustworthy and safe.

2. My working schedule is not that stable? Will it affect?
Don't worry! If your lunch time is not stable, you can also be our member. We will choose some members who are available on weekdays, happy hour or holiday to have meeting with you.

3. Will it be too rush to have a lunch meeting?
You are both working in the same area, so definitely not. It takes 60 minutes for a normal lunch. Actually, people spend less than 20 minutes for having meal. 20 to 30 minutes is enough for you to make a new friend. Lastly, for the rest 10 minutes, people often spend these 10-minutes for going back to their office from the meeting place.


4. What can I do if I need to work during the lunch time?
It's not a problem as well! We understand some of our members may need to work during their lunch time, therefore, we can also arrange another meeting time, such as after work, tea time, happy hour or holiday meeting to satisfy your request.

5. Will the chosen restaurant be far away from my working place?
We suggest you to have the meeting at the restaurant near your office. You can also select your favorite restaurant from the list provided.

6. I feel nervous and not comfortable when meeting with other individually.
Since the meeting is held in lunch hour, it creates a relax ambiance and a comfortable environment. Choosing dishes from the menu together will be a good way to reduce tension. One to one meeting does satisfy those who don't want to let others know. Moreover, by comparing with other single party with many participants, you can have more time to understand and know each other in the one to one meeting.

7. I don't feel good with this partner…
If you two do not have familiar topics together. You can consider shortening the lunch meeting time, with the reason of going back to the office. We believe he/she will not feel uncomfortable. Then, we wonder if you can tell us the reason behind, so we can understand your request and further rearrange a satisfy match.

8. How can I continue my member account?
When the valid day of your membership is over, or the quota of introducing partner is full, you can contact us on 35719985 or send email to info@17eatrice.com to request for continuing membership. Transfer the administration fee (it's depends on the number of friends you requested for), then your membership will be continued.

9. Will my personal information be kept confidentially?
It’s absolutely kept confidentially. We are responsible to protect our customers’ personal details, so we will not public your information. Your personal information will be used only when during the match-up process, actually, we do only tell him/her the age session you belong to, education level, occupation and personality. After the first time meeting, we will also ask for your permission before giving your mobile phone number and contact mean to him/her.

10. How frequent to have another meeting?
We will decide the meeting frequency according to members’ available time schedule, after registered as our members and transferred the payment, we will arrange the first time meeting within 3 days or 2 weeks. And you are responsible for making decision to have the rest meetings. But you should have to finish all meeting within the valid period.

11. Is it possible if my friends and colleagues join the dated meeting with me?
If your friends or colleagues want to go with you, please invite them to be our member first. We will arrange 2 members to have a four people lunch dating, and we will ask for two sides willingness.

12. What happen if one side is absence for the meeting?
We concern the creditability of our members, if one side is absence for the meeting without reason, please let us know immediately. If we find he/she absence for the meeting without informing us, we will not count this time as your introducing quota. And the absentee will be put into the bad list immediately. And we will black list his/her forever, all payment will not be refunded.

13. Why does the meeting be hold only in Central?
Our target market is people with high purchasing power and high education level, therefore, Central is our expected area.
